I Installed my Centric home full spectrum lights in my kitchen and eating nook. The colors of vegetables and other foods were immediately and noticeably more vibrant. The red tones in meat and the dark green in leafy vegetables were the most obvious. My son does homework at the table in my eating nook and I feel like the lighting is much healthier for him. We live in the Pacific Northwest were sunlight is fleeting in the winter months, and these bulbs are certainly more cheerful as well as pleasing to the eye.
I installed these in a kitchen light which had compact fluorescents. Immediately, all the red colors popped and food just looked nicer. These LED's are almost as good as incandescent bulbs, and definitely better than the mainstream bulbs available at your local hardware store. The only downside is lack of dimming.
I love my light bulbs, the color is bright and warm to my preference. I noticed I am able to fall asleep faster after switching to these light bulbs probably thanks to the flicker-free function.
Excellent bulb with best in class color rendition, CRI is 95. Smooth dimming as well.
I run a personal training business and am currently starting it out of my downstairs (major thank you to my parents for letting me temporarily take part of the house over lol). After installing all the flooring, equipment, walls, painting, etc., the final piece I needed was professional, healthy lighting to complete the environment. The lighting exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality and ease of installment. I am very grateful to WaveForm lighting for being a company to push the envelope towards relevancy in this society. Lighting like this should be essential for anyone spending a lot of time indoors for work. Thank you again!
In my search for flicker free lighting solutions I came across a few brands and the Centric Home Full Spectrum Flicker-Free A19 10W LED Bulb was one of them. I decided to buy one from every brand to test them and see which one was a better fit for my goal of taking care of my family's circadian rhythm. I can say I'm very satisfied with this bulb since not only is it a very good looking bulb, but it actually performs as advertised. No flicker and the quality of light is great. With this bulb you're not sacrificing quality of light nor your health. My only suggestion for Waveform Lighting to make this product even better would be to offer it also as a "blue light free" bulb. That would make it the perfect light bulb for every biohacker. I still highly recommend this product since I do believe its better than traditional lighting options.
Previously I replaced all the LED and fluorescent bulbs in my house back to incandescent after hearing about the health hazards of modern lighting. However, recently I heard from a building biologist that waveform bulbs give the energy savings and convenience of long-lasting LEDs without the hazards of flicker and an un-natural spectrum of light. I tried one bulb and I'm happy with the quality of it. I plan on buying more (especially for the light fixtures that are difficult to change the bulb in or difficult to reach). Having LEDs will be more convenient since they last so much longer than incandescent. And I am pleased that I don't have to worry about health consequences with these...
I get headaches from poor lighting. As a result, I started reading about good LEDs and that's when I found Wave Form Lighting's website. They had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. It's chalk full of information. This is when I realized they knew what they were talking about.
I'm getting ready to order qty 65 BR30 LED Bulbs for all the CAN lighting in my new house. I'll be buying more of the Full Spectrum Flicker-Free A19 10W LED Bulbs for lamps, vanity lights, etc; anywhere there is not a CAN light in my house.
After years of living with LEDs and being frustrated at the green tint, I finally read more about CRI and how LED light was constructed. Waveform LEDs are amazing for their color. If you love color, buy waveform LEDs.
Ordered both 2700 and 3k to compare. Both look nice and similar, though they are sort of colder color (to my eyes) than other LEDs marked with the same temperatures. Or maybe it's just because of fuller spectrum. They definitely don't flicker and render colors well. 2700 is really nice for bedroom, very calming light.
