Domestic Shipping Policy

Our offices are based in San Francisco, CA, and we have warehouses located across the United States for quick and efficient delivery of many of our products.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, after which you will receive your tracking number. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping is free for all orders in the United States. Express shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery times include processing times, and are calculated from the day your order is placed, if it is received before 3 PM Pacific Time. For example, a priority shipment ordered prior to 3 PM Pacific Time on a Monday will arrive by Wednesday or Thursday.

Orders shipped via Expedited or Priority are also eligible for free returns & refunds as outlined in our policy, but refunds will not cover the expedited or priority shipping charges. The additional shipping fees will be deducted from your refund, but we will issue a store credit (in the same amount as the shipping charges) which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping courier

Your shipment will usually arrive via USPS, FedEx, UPS or OnTrac, depending on a variety of factors such as your shipping address, shipping weight and our warehouse inventory.

If you have a preference for a particular shipping courier company or ship method, please let us know by email at customerservice@waveformlighting.com or giving us call at (774) 256-2526 so that we can accommodate your request prior to processing your shipment.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally from our offices in San Francisco, CA, USA. Please be advised that shipping internationally involves various customs, export and import procedures that may require additional time for processing. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate any special requests.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All international shipments are sent via DHL Express. Delivery times are typically 3-10 business days. Due to delivery reliability issues we have unfortunately discontinued international shipping via USPS First Class mail.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Waveform Lighting will prepare any customs and import/export paperwork as required by law, and will declare the value of goods as indicated on the final sales invoice for your order. Due to the dynamic and complex rules and regulations, we cannot be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We appreciate your understanding.

In some cases, we may require up to 5 business days to prepare the necessary customs documents and packaging necessary for international delivery. We will let you know immediately if we expect such delays.
